A Columbia native with family roots dating back to the 1820's, Cindy Mustard is a University of Missouri graduate in History. She worked over 40 years in the social services field, the past 20 as Executive Director of the Voluntary Action Center.

Born in Bevier, MO, Jolene Marra Schulz has lived in Columbia since attending Christian College and graduating from the University of Missouri with bachelor and masters degrees in Education. She served 34 years as an administrator with Columbia Public Schools and is an Horizons Club assistant for First State Community Bank.
